Hello Everyone
The holiday season is approaching and before we stuff ourselves and become penny less, maybe we should remember all the good fortune we have. During the holiday season I try to be extra patient, kind and warm to the people around me. A goal and tradition I have is to wish everyone a happy holiday. Some people might get annoyed but there is the elite few that it just makes their day. Also I try to keep spare change on me for the salvation army. It’s redicuosly cold where I live and believe that those volunteers deserve a standing ovation. Only because I wouldn’t do it. The next thing is I try to carry snacks in the car. Not for me (even though I might sneak a bite.) It’s for the homeless. They too deserve a little holiday cheer. Last but not least count your blessing. Times are rough out there and life isn’t fair. As long as you have a great support system and someone help you out, that’s all you need sometimes. Give back. Be kind. Smile.
